One of Incline Village’s most beloved gathering places has returned.
Glasses Wine Bar, located in the Village Center, officially reopened on February 4th under new ownership, bringing renewed energy to the local dining and social scene.
The wine bar closed last fall when longtime owners Rob and Kathleen Martens retired and began a new chapter overseas. Their stewardship helped establish Glasses as a comfortable, community-focused destination in Incline Village.
New owners Mike Walker and Jeff Peterson are no strangers to the area. Both have lived in the community for years and bring deep experience from the Napa Valley wine region. Over the past several months, they have carefully renovated the space, maintaining the charm locals loved while enhancing the experience for guests.
The result is a warm, inviting wine bar with expanded wine selections and additional food offerings, creating an ideal setting for both casual evenings and special gatherings.
Small businesses like Glasses Wine Bar play an important role in the lifestyle that draws people to live in Incline Village - walkable amenities, locally owned establishments, and welcoming places to connect with neighbors and visitors alike.
If you haven’t visited yet, now is the perfect time to stop in and experience the newly reopened space.
