Every parcel and dwelling unit assessed a Recreation Facility Fee is eligible to receive a total of five IVGID Recreation Passes and/or Punch Cards, customized to suit your personal needs. These passes and cards are funded through the annual fee reflected on your Washoe County tax bill.
With IVGID Recreation Passes and Punch Cards, holders enjoy reduced rates at all IVGID facilities, making it easier than ever to take full advantage of the community’s pools, fitness centers, tennis and pickleball courts, and more.
IVGID manages four private beaches in Incline Village for Recreation Pass and Punch Card holders and their guests.
Burnt Cedar: Outdoor pool with waterslide, toddler pool, sandy beach, playground, picnic areas, and paddleboard/kayak rentals.
Incline Beach: Sandy swimming beach, picnic areas, playground, paddleboard/kayak rentals, snack bar, and full-service summer bar.
Ski Beach: Boat launch, kayak/canoe storage, picnic areas, bocce and volleyball courts, and shaded grassy paths along the creek.
Hermit Beach: Small, serene beach next to Incline Creek and the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.
Note: Crystal Bay residents do not have access to Incline Village beaches.
Enjoy year-round access to two premier golf courses:
The Championship Course: A par-72 course offering breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe.
The Mountain Course: A par-58 executive course nestled in the Sierra Nevada.

IVGID ensures the convenience of essential services with:
Trash Collection: Managed through a franchise agreement with Waste Management Inc.
Sewer Services: Operated and maintained by IVGID, with wastewater treated and exported out of the Lake Tahoe Basin.
Water Services: Providing clean and safe drinking water, with rates designed to encourage conservation.
