From the moment I met this wonderful couple, we just clicked. I could tell we were going to have a great time finding their place in Incline Village, and I wasn't wrong! Over the next couple of months, we toured plenty of condos, shared lots of laughs, talked through the possibilities, and kept coming back to one in particular. As it turns out, our instincts were right!

Affectionately nicknamed the "Blue Live Edge" for its rather memorable design features, this condo had something special about it. We could already picture them making it their own, hosting family and friends, enjoying time together, and settling into the Incline Village lifestyle.

Once we knew we'd found the right place, it was time to make an offer. But there was one small detail that made this transaction particularly fun. One of my buyers is a huge Buffalo Bills fan, and the number 17 holds a very special place in her heart. So, naturally, we had to find a way to work that number into the purchase price.

And we did!

Not only did we secure the condo they loved, but we negotiated a purchase price that included a number with a little extra meaning. Sometimes it's those personal touches that make an already exciting milestone even more memorable.

To my wonderful buyers, welcome to Incline Village! I couldn't be happier for you both. Here's to making wonderful memories in your new Tahoe home.

And, of course, Go Bills!

Thinking about finding your own place in Incline Village? I'd love to help you discover what makes this community so special and find a home that feels just right for you.
